Phase 1

We begin by understanding who you are as a leader, what is currently happening in your role, and what you want to achieve through coaching.

This phase includes your Gallup Strengths assessment and an initial coaching conversation to identify your key strengths, current challenges, development areas and desired outcomes.

Reset

Phase 3

Coaching then moves into real-world application. You will work through live leadership challenges, practise new approaches and build habits that support stronger performance and leadership impact. Each session is grounded in what is actually happening in your role, so the shifts you make are immediate, practical and sustainable.

Understand

Phase 2

Together, we explore your leadership style, confidence, communication, decision-making and the patterns that may be helping or limiting your impact.
