Paulette is a senior people and talent leader with more than 28 years of experience across global and national organisations. She advises leaders, shapes capability, and designs people strategies that move the business forward.
Her work spans talent acquisition, learning and development, leadership programs, workforce strategy, organisational capability, succession planning, and early careers across retail, IT, telecommunications, financial services, government, oil and gas, construction, and other complex environments.
What sets Paulette apart is her ability to bridge commercial reality with human leadership. Leadership isn’t tested when conditions are easy. It’s tested when pressure is high, priorities compete, and decisions need to be both commercially sound and people-conscious.
